Fitness and fun for the under 5’s on Saturday Mornings.

3 – 5 yrs class 9.00am to 9.50am

Recreational Classes

Structured classes, with fun and enthusiasm. 1 hr 15 mins each. Opportunities to enter competitions.  Classes grouped  in age, then split by ability into groups for boys and girls.

Wednesday       4 ½ yrs to 7 yrs 5.15pm to 6.30pm

(Girls & Boys)     8 yrs to 11 yrs  6.30pm to 7.45pm

Friday               7 yrs to 11 yrs  5.15pm to 6.30pm

(Girls Only)        11 yrs to 17 yrs 6.30pm to 7.45pm

Saturday           4 yrs to 7 yrs 10.15am to 11.30am

TRIAL SESSION £5.00 by prior arrangement

Advance Recreational Classes

JUNIORS:

Monday              5 yrs to 11 yrs 5.00pm to 6.15pm

                                             or 5.00pm to 7.00pm           

                          (this class also do one of the other Recreational sessions)

SENIORS:

Monday and       11 yrs to 17 yrs 6.15pm to 8.30pm

Friday                         Rec 2       6.30pm to 7.45pm

Transition Class

This class is for girls with squad potential and is aimed at perfecting the basic core elements on all four pieces of apparatus. By invitation only.

Saturday            4 1/2 yrs to 7 yrs    11.30am to 12.30pm      

Girls Regional Squad

Advanced Gymnastics. Competitions are all four Pieces.

Monday, Tuesday and Saturday.

Boys Development Squad

Advanced Gymnastics. Competitions are all Six pieces and floor& Vault.

Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Zodiac Display Team

Dance, Tumbling and Gymnastics in music routines

Performed at fetes and festivals.

Tuesday 7.15pm to 8.50pm  age 7 yrs and over.
