This morning was the turn of out Level 4 junior & senior gymnasts, for three girls this was their first ever Level 4 comp and for three this was only their 3rd so still quite new to this level and the increase in skill difficulty all gymnasts worked super hard, learnt lots, achieved personal goals they set for themselves and goals set by their coaches and have some things to contnue working on in time for the next competitions.
First round saw Izzy competiting, she had a good all around comp finishing in 7th place and achieving good conistent scores and start values on all 4 pieces of apparatus, bars, beam, floor & vault. Coach Rachel was very pleased!
Second round was the turn of the seniors, for Sophie, Sasha & Lily, their 3rd comp at this level and for Ellie & Melissa thir 1st time. All girls did a super job, starting on bars and with most completing clean secure routines they felt confirdent going into 2nd rotation to beam, again, clean routine from Lily securing her the 3rd highest score overall on this piece before the group moved to floor. All girls performed beautiful routines including Ellies James Bond insipred routine and Sophies Burlesque inspired routine. with Sasha completing her routine securing the 2nd highest score overall on that piece. Finally the girls moved to vault where all girls competed their new vaults a 1/2 on with a 1/1 twist off!
It was a successful and good competition resulting in the following medals:

3rd Bars, Beam, Floor & Vault
13yrs Age group:
